My practice of yoga is nowhere close to this standard – although I can perform a headstand with relative ease, using either the elbow-holding technique or the (I think slightly easier) method with the palms of the hands flat on the floor to produce the ‘triangle’ that distributes your weight.

So I’m dying to move on and learn to master this. Hopefully my next post won’t be made from inside a full-body cast…
