Low-light photo with green Aurora-like glow

Aurora (n): Coloured lights in the night sky around the earth's polar reasons, usually green or reddish-pink, caused by charged particles from the sun colliding with the upper atmosphere.

Sadly this is not a real aurora but a low-light photograph with the dominant pink colour changed to green in a bid to create an aurora-like effect. It is one of my life’s ambitions to see the Northern Lights, but I accept I will probably have to travel rather further north than the location of this photo to do it. In the meantime, however, if the phenomenon were ever to strike with sufficient strength to illuminate the east of England, this is what I might see.
