It took an internationally-important contemporary painter called <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luc_Tuymans" target="_blank" title="Wikipedia: Luc Tuymans">Luc Tuymans</a>, whose works are viewed reverently in galleries and which change hands for huge sums of money.]]></description>
