Today we are celebrating a momentous date – it’s 08/08/08, an occurrence we could not let pass unremarked. And it has the added advantage of working out whether you’re using the civilised British formula or the utterly counterintuitive American one ;- ))
The New York Times is celebrating with a collection of serendipitous and little-known facts about the number eight – for instance, did you know that there are eight separate forms of sexual indulgence that you need to conquer to achieve enlightenment? Merely not fornicating is insufficient.
