These windblown sunset clouds reminded me of nothing so much as the turbulent bands that make up the atmosphere of the planet Jupiter.

Sunny for most of the day – almost springlike – but a few clouds rolled up to give us an impressive sunset. Later these gold-bronze and grey tints turned to deep pink and inky blue.
