Botheration’s quote of the week award is hereby handed to Michael Simkins, writing in The Telegraph.

Admittedly at first glance his piece, on the Atheist Bus Campaign (to which Botheration’s management proudly contributed) and its ability to provoke thought even in the thoughtfully-challenged reads remarkably like the kind of smug anti-intellectualism that usually sets this blog’s teeth on edge.

But he’s forgiven, purely for his final sentence and the horribly self-evident truth it contains:

“We’ve probably already blown the Ashes. Now stop worrying and enjoy the series.”
